Ingredients:

  • Tzar Caviar

For the batter:

  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Milk – 0,5 l.
  • 3 Eggs
  • Vegetable oil – 0,1 l
  • Sugar
  • Salt

 Instructions:

Whip eggs, add salt, sugar, oil, milk and flour. Bake thin blini on a pan. Serve caviar separately.
